ABSTRACT

Objective: The objective was to analyze violence against women and the proliferation of the crime of femicide during the COVID-19 pandemic from the perspective of lawyers in the judicial district of Lima Norte, 2020. Method: In this sense, the basic type was used, under the qualitative paradigm. And it responds to the non-experimental design by case study. The research technique implemented was that of observation and interview structure, with the participation of expert lawyers in cases of violence and femicide according to the Peruvian Criminal Law Code. Results: It was found that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought serious consequences of various kinds for society. In particular, there has been an increase in violence and the crime of femicide against women. As a result, confinement has caused many women to live with their aggressor. As a result, there have been more reports of physical and psychological violence and in some cases even the death of the woman, thus constituting the crime of femicide. Conclusion: Therefore, during the pandemic, femicide and violence against women has increased. And although there are special laws that regulate this type of crime and the penalties are severe for the femicide, it cannot be eradicated or controlled. The problem has to do with the social dimension such as machismo, jealousy of partners, mental illness, inadequate education of citizens, alcohol consumption, etc. And because most women in the country have overload of responsibility with the children, do not have job opportunities and are not educated to support themselves. © 2022, Centro Universitario Curitiba - UNICURITIBA. ABSTRACT

This contribution studies the complexity of the uses of Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Drive within the framework of university pedagogical devices for success support and their evolution under the influence of the COVID-19 health crisis. More precisely, we explore the complexity and the evolution of these three tools within the framework of a junior enterprise based on pedagogical engineering, oriented to students' success, and confronted with a health crisis involving a national lockdown and a transformation of education, ranging from hybrid teaching to online classes.

ABSTRACT

Teleworking becomes the alternative for excellence that employers adopt to give continuity to their operations once Executive Decree 42227-MP-S of March 16, 2020 of national emergency due to COVID-19 in Costa Rica is published. The Ministry of Labor and Social Security is the entity of the p ublic Administration that regulates the application of telework, which is based on the provisions of the Law to Regulate Telework, Law No. 9738 of September 18, 2019, its Regulations, Decree Executive Ndegrees 42083 of December 20, 2019 and Directive Ndegrees 073-S-MTSS of March 09, 2020. With the declaration of a pandemic, directive No. 073-S-MTSS establishes a series of inter-institutional coordination measures to guarantee compliance with the protocols of the health authorities and implement teleworking guidelines in state offices on the occasion of the health alert. It is important to mention that this measure is of a temporary nature for the public sector, despite the fact that several state agencies have implemented this practice in their institutional work for years, focused on professional positions and that it also impacts operating costs in the use of space or infrastructure. Meanwhile, for the private sector teleworking is a common practice that has a lesser impact on the transition from face-to-face work to a distance modality. The foregoing is a response to the new market demands and interaction with clients, it breaks with the paradigm that work is subject to a specific place and it is verified that for carrying out activities in teleworking positions, the se can be carried out anywhere that has facilities through connectivity, the use of modern technologies, communication, safety measures in labor matters and occupational hazards and the commitment of the parties. It is relevant to point out that the regulations approved on teleworking for Costa Rica post COVID-19, promote that public and private organizations adapt the guidelines to internal protocols and policies, which clarify the responsibilities, duties and rights of employers and collaborators, the Which must be guided by internal or external experts who guarantee the implementation of safe measures for occupational and occupational health, and which indirectly affects social and family health, since the home becomes an extension of the office. The new global reality means that the labor market must rethink and evolve towards new concepts of how to do things. Teleworking anticipates the national emergency in the case of Costa Rica for some sectors of the industry, strengthening certain companies that have this alternative to face the demands and needs of their strategic partners, based on compliance with quality standards and security in the provision of goods and services, with only access to virtual, remote or remote work. The methodology used is the bibliographic consultation at the level of laws and decrees on the subject, in addition to a survey directed at people who fulfill the condition of active worker in an organization and who must take advantage of the modality of telework by contingency as a result of the declaration of emergency in the country.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the research was to analyze the effects of the disruption that Peruvian university education has suffered due to COVID-19 in 2020. The type of research was basic under the design of grounded theory (De la Espriella & Gómez Restrepo, 2020). The study scenario was university education in the first semester of 2020, considering more than twenty academic texts;between articles, texts and reports related to university educational disruption. The technique implemented was that of documentary analysis. And in the procedure for collecting information, the inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken into account. The results show that disruption is the break, abrupt or sudden interruption caused within a current paradigm. Therefore, the paradigm of face-to-face Peruvian university education due to the COVID-19 pandemic has suffered a sudden interruption;so much so that article 47 of University Law N°30220 was modified; The modalities of face-to-face, semi-face-to-face and distance or non-face-to-face teaching were established, introducing university higher education in the new paradigm of online education. For this reason, universities should be required to leave their comfort zone and incorporate information and communication technologies as a possibility and opportunity for academic development.
